Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how it works.
Return Window
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of your delivery date. Requests submitted after 14 days will not be accepted.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with all tags still attached
- Returned in original packaging when possible
Items that are worn, washed, damaged, or otherwise unsellable will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method — For the Frolic is not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to process after we receive your return.
How to Start a Return
Email us at hello@forthefrolic.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you instructions from there.
