Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase from For the Frolic. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help.

Return Window

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unworn

  • Items must be unused and in original condition

  • All original tags must still be attached

We cannot accept returns for items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

To begin a return or exchange, please email:

Include the following in your email:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you’d like to return or exchange

  • Whether you would like a return or exchange

We will respond with the next steps.

Exchanges

If you’d like a different size or item, we’ll do our best to accommodate exchanges based on availability.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you when your refund has been processed. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
